Photo Draw 2000 will not install in Win XP? Problem with autoexec

When reinstalling MS Office Premium I ran into a stubbling block when I
attempted to reinstall MS Photo Draw 2000; the error reported is:

16-Bit Windows Subsystem
c:\win-xp\system32\autoexec.nt
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
Applications.

I installed all updates for Win 2000, but none were available for Photo Draw
