Photo Editor 3.0.2.3--Ofc. XP--ERROR!

Photo Ed is my scan program of choice and to open all photos. Only recently
do I now get an error if I try to print something:

"Insufficient Memory to Complete Operation".

I tried the Registry hack in KB Q241258, but that still did not fix the
problem.

I tried reinstalling/repairing Ofc. XP/Photo Ed, but still same problem.

How can I get the corrupted files repaired?
