Photo Editor 3.0: Resizing Window

I have the Photo Editor 3.0 in Office 97. The maximized window is fine, but
when I try to get a partial screen window from the box icon or "restore" in
the taskbar, the window disappears. The only way to see the window then is
to maximize it from the taskbar. I can't figure out how to resize the window.

This was working fine previously, and I have tried to uninstall and
reinstall Photo Editor. Nothing is working...help!

My operating environment is WindowsXP Home Edition, version 2002, with
service pack 2.

It sounds like the window is opening off the Desktop when it is
Restored.

Here are a few things to try to get it back:

- Open another window, right-click an empty area of the Taskbar and
select "Cascade"

If that doesn't work then:

- Right-click the Word task and click "Restore" if necessary
- Right-click again and select "Move"
- Use one of the arrow keys on the keyboard to "lock in" the move
command
- Use your mouse and drag it back to the Desktop
