Photo Editor - Can't open photo due to "Error Reading File"

Why do I get an error message stating "Error Reading File" when I try to open
a picture in Photo Editor? This occurs both within the application and when
I try to open a photo while it is attached to an Outlook message. The photos
display in the thumbnail and filmstrip view but I can't open any of them to
view, edit, etc.

I have the same problem. I am running Vista Ultimate. Just wondering if
you found the solution. Thanks!!
