photo editor not displayed

when i run photo editor on a windows xp machine, it
doesn't appear on the desktop unless the window is
maximized. if i try to use a smaller size window, it
isn't visible, and all i see is the task running on the
taskbar as the active window.

It merely opened outside the viewable area of the desktop. R-click the
Taskbar and select cascade or tile windows to get it back on screen.
