Photo editor Office 97

I am runnung Office 97PE and have photo editor with it. My
problem is that when I go to open photo editor I get an
error message saying " No File Format Information Can Be
Found In The Registry". The program will open but even
trying to open an exciting file within the program I get
the same message. Is there anyway to remove this program
from my system(I tried add/remove but it does not appear
in the window, probably because it is not recognized in
the registry.),since I run MGI Photo Suite I have no need
for this other program.

You'll probably have to fix the permissions before you can uninstall it.

Perhaps the photo is too 'exciting' for the Photo Editor to display?
