Photo Editor Registry Error

Recently I am receiving an error each time I open PhotoEd.
Additionally I am unable to use PhotoEd from the "Open
With" option.

The error on open: No file format information can be found
in the registry.

Error on Open With: Same error plus File Format Error

I have unistalled and reinstalled PhotoEd, Office 2000
PE.

I am having the same problem. I hope someone has an answer.

I have looked at the file associations and all appears to be correct.
