Photo Editor will not print from a specific user logon!>?

When trying to print a jpeg from MS Photo Editor, the
print is distorted you get vague outlines and shapes, if
you try a different user logon on the same machine the
same image prints to the same printer, why would this
happen, the printr driver is the same and so are the
settings for the printer.
