Photo Editor - Window size

I installed Office 2000 on a XP system (PE is on the CD). When loading
Photo Editor I am only able to obtain "Max screen". The options "move" and
"size" are not available. When I click on "restore down" the screen
"minimizes". Removing PE and reinstalling doesn't correct this problem.
How can I correct this?

Try this. While in the "Restore Down" or "Windowed" condition r-click on
the Taskbar and select Cascade.
