Photo editor won't minimize

Loaded Photo Editor but it won't mazimize from task bar -
when you right click to mazimize it's fine but when
mazimized then won't minimize the window - just closes
right down to taskbar again. Worked fine last night!

After you "Window it", R-click onthe Taskbar and select Tile or Cascade
windows to get it back on the desktop.
