photo editor won't print

I've got a user that cannot print from the photo editor
that is bundled with Office 200o Prof. Upon selecting the
print option, and telling photo editor to print, photo
editor closes, no error messages, nothing. Nothing logged
in event viewer, etc. I can print the same file fine from
the adobe photo software. Help me please.
