Photo in Contact won't forward as vCard

In Outlook 2003, fully updated: I'm trying to forward my contact info as
vCard and include a small photo which is already part of the contact. The
photo does not seem to stay with the contact once the vCard is created. Any
clues how whether/how it can be done?

Outlook 2003 cannot include the photo in a vCard.
