Photo in Table are flickering

If I insert a photo into a table I have flickering problem and at time I
can't select text or other items because of it.

Any solutions?

What version of Word? What file format is the graphic?

Is this in any document or only in certain documents?

Is the photo flickering when just viewing it, or when scrolling the page, or??
