Photo in word

I have been trying to create a letterhead in Word 2000. After I finish
making the header and footer, I add the photo which is black and white. I
change the photo to watermark so I can use the layout as a template. When
you preview the form the header, footer and photo show the way I want. When
I print the photo in the background does not print. Anyone HELP!

Make sure you have "Drawing objects" checked on the Print tab of Tools |
Options.
