Photo into 3D Setting

Hi,

I am unable to set a jpg to 3D. I tried putting a box
behind it and grouped them together. Unfortunately only
the drawn box has turned 3D not the image. I have modified
this photo from PhotoShop and I wonder if there is
something a missed. BTW, I am using PowerPoint 2000.

I am trying to finish this presentation so I can present
the draft. Your help is much appreciated,
