Photodraw 2000 won't install on XP2002 SP3

I just got a new PC with XP2002 SP3 - and here I cant install PhotoDraw2000
any more.
On my old PC it worked well with XP 2002 SP2.

During installation it asks for the SP3 disc - but when inserting a disc
with SP3 from the MS-web site, it just doesn't continue.

Any solution known?
