photodraw 2000

I recently set up my computer again with windows 2000. Photodraw 2000 has
always worked in the past, but now, after updating windows 2000, photodraw
will not start(photodrw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows). Is there an update or workaround for this, or can I never use
photodraw again?
