photodraw ini question

I know this is not the right forum, but I need some direction, please. I
need to change the ini settings, default save directory, file print size
option, etc. for photodraw but so far, have not found the right forum for
such assistance.

I am hoping someone here would be gracious enough to point me in the right
direction.
