photoed rotate by degree does not function

hi,

when i try to rotate an image by degree, the image
disappears.

tried to load my older version from office 97, but get
registration/unregistration error.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately that feature in MS Photo Editor
was broken in Office 2000, fixed in Office XP,
and Photo Editor has been discontinued in Office 2003.
