My office (Government) computers where just upgraded. I developed a Work
Order system in Access 2000 and I use allot of Photos. Some are embedded as
part of the main database and some are in a linked database.
After I upgraded all files to Access 2003 the existing photos still work
great but when I try to add new photos all I can get is a white background
with the Photo File name and extension in the window.
I have tried everything I can think of; i.e changing References in the code
tools menu, etc. The only thing I found that worked was changing the file to
a .pdf file and then the photo just popped up like before. Only problem with
that is it takes about a dozen keystrokes and each photo has to open in .pdf
and then be saved.
What is going on that I can no longer use the simple Drag and Drop method as
before?
