photos..format

Hi..this is not a specific ppt question. Often timies i
need to send photos via email. What is the best size and
format to get a "acceptable for priinting" image in an
email.. Not a file but an image that is visible. I've
used bmp..jpeg..... Hope I've provided enough info.

BTW..use the latest photashop version
