Photos in contacts

I recently got the Special Media Edition upgrade for Microsoft Entourage and installed it. I noticed a problem when the contacts in my iPhone started losing their photos. No contacts in Entourage will allow me to add a photo. Any ideas on how I can solve this. I have already reset my sync history but no luck yet.

You add photos to Entourage contacts by dragging and dropping a JPG or
similar file onto the "Drag and drop image here" area of the contact.

However, Entourage photos will not sync to the iPhone.
