Photos in Word

Bill

Photos do not show up in any Layout but show up in Print Preview and
when I print. I recently received Mactopia newsletter describing
'Beginners Guide to editing images' on a Mac. For example, it says on
the Formatting Palette, under Image, to click Red Eye. I can't find
Image. I am using Microsoft Word for Mac, Version 11.2.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have actually posted to the PC Word news group. For any future help on
Mac Word use microsoft.public.mac.office.word -

First Issue - Go to Word>Preferences>View & make sure you have a check in
the box for Drawings, *no* check in the box for Picture Placeholders.

Second Issue - In order for 'Image' to show up in the palette you need to
have the picture *selected*... Once you can see it, click it :)
