Photos look grainy with netscape browswer

The photos on my site look fine in Internet Explorer, but they look grainy in
the netscape or mozilla browswers. Any idea why?

Without seeing the page, it sounds like you have placed the images in
a text-box. To display in any browser other than Internet Explorer,
the text box and its contents are converted to a poor quality .gif
image - definitely not suitable for photo's.
The cure is to not use text boxes - there are HTML alternatives, such
as tables and <divs>.

Thank you, yes that's what I did.

What's a <div>? Will tables and divs also prevent things from moving around
so much in the other browsers?

Using tables you can fix a page layout.
Using <divs> you can do the same, but you also need to know a little
CSS.
One place to learn about HTML and CSS is at www.w3schools.com
