In Entourage 2004 I insert photos into an email newsletter. They send just fine. But when I print the email, the photos print much too big. They print full screen width, even when they are only half-screen width on the screen. This produces grainy prints that consume excess paper.
How can I print Entourage emails WYSIWYG?
P.S. I'm using a HP deskjet 940c printer. The problem happens when I print to .pdf as well, so it doesn't appear to be a printer driver problem.
