PHP and Front Page 2003

I am building a web site as a Xmas present for my mother-in-law's pizza
shop. The site that I am looking at to host her site, Total Choice
Hosting, supports PHP, with which I am unfamiliar. I have used ASP to
create forms for a web site I built for work. Are ASP and PHP similar?
Also, on the home page, I would like to create a fade-in slideshow
using a picture of the building and some food shots. Is this possible
in Front Page with PHP? I can't post a link right now because the site
is still in the design stage. Thanks for the help.

If you're comfortable with ASP then you may want to find a host that
supports it. Try www.webhost4life.com their prices are very reasonable.
