PHP and Shared Border (with javascript navigation)

Can I include the Microsoft Shared Border in a .php page? My top Shared
Border includes javascript. Here is a example page from my site that includes
a top shared border.

Not "out of the box" you can't.
components like FrontPage include pages (a better choice than shared
borders) and others will not run on a PHP page (or often ASPX pages).

there is an easy work-around though:

Thanks for the info. I downloaded the pdf file. I can access the htaccess
file- however I am unsure exactly where to place the string I need too in the
htaccess file.

I have used this file before to ban IP addresses.

The failure of PDF is copy and paste- I am a bit unsure of the string and
the spacing- is there a space or not a space in syntax. I will have to read
further online. Thanks this is a great start. The pdf needs more specific
information on the non windows server. It gives several options for the non
windows server but not specific instructions for a moderate level designer of
Frontpage.

I will have to read about how to include a file/ page in a php page and
maybe that will solve what I would like to do.

shoot me an email through the address below in my signature and I'll send

paste (which you can do in Acrobat if you pick up the right tool from the
