MS Publisher will not open a .php file.

I suspect this was a project file from MS Home Publishing,
(similar names but very different programs)

Any version of MS Home Publishing, MS Picture It! or
MS Digital Image can open the .php file.

There's still a 60 day trial version of Digital Image 2006
available for download at the following link:
