What are the MSP 2002 calculation priorities used to
handle task and entire project for physical % Complete
and default % Complete?

1. If the individual task is set to calculate earned
value based on Physical% Complete, and % Complete is
selected for Default Task Earned Value Method
(Options,Calculation tab Earned Value button) what will
MSP 2002 do?

2. What happens in the reverse:
If the individual task is set to calculate earned value
based on % Complete, and physical % Complete is selected
in Default Task Earned Value Method (Options,Calculation
tab Earned Value button) what will MSP 2002 do?

The best way to answer such questions and to educate yourself is to create a
project with a very small number of tasks (less than 5) and observe how it
works.
It should take a couple of minutes to set this up and test both of your
scenarios.
