Pick a Background Color By Name

I have a customer who has used Adobe Illustrator to create a example label
which she wants me to print using Access. She has specified the color name
of "PMS Process Blue". She has given me some paramters which I am unfamiliar
with. C 100
M 8
Y 0
K 6
These must mean something in Adobe Illustrator. How can I re-create this
color in the Windows world, partucularily in Microsoft Access reports?

Hi,

For an introduction to CMYK you may want to take a look at
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cmyk>. However, since Access uses RGB or HSL,
it would be easiest if she would provide you with the red, green and blue
values or the hue, saturation and lightness/luminescence values.
