Pick from list

When right-clicking on a worksheet cell, a choice in the
pop-up menu is "Pick From List". Clicking on this produces
a blank, one line, drop down list. How do I add values to
this list? I have not been able to find any information in
the Help files. Thanks.

Type 5 different words in cells A1:A5. Now right-click on
A6 and choose "Pick form List".
