pick list

I have a form with several fields that have pick list. I
only want the user to be able to choose names off of the
list.

Currently they can choose a name off of a list but they
can also enter in any name they want even if it is not on
the list.

How do I change this in Access 2002?

Go to the object properties and set 'Limit to List' to YES.

Open the properties for the combo box. Click on the data tab. Change
'Limit to List' to YES.
