Pick up 1 name into a new cell from the cell with several names

Could somebody help me, how to pick-up one name into a new cell from a cell
with several names in Excel?

It depends on what's in the old cell. Provide an example.

Typically it's a combination of searching for a delimiter (eg, comma), and
Mid to pull out the characters you're interested in.
