Picking & switching fonts

Sorry I Bought Office

Why can't I - in MS Office 2007 - just pick whatever font I want, whenever I
want to change it in a document? I do custom posters, etc. and I don't want
to use a default style.

As with all versions of Word, you can use any font you want. Please describe
the problem are you having and what steps you are taking?
