pics on my webpage will not center

Am building websites with frontpage and always have
trouble with pictures not centering at different screen
resolutions, my site looks good at 800 by 600 but pics
etal are off center when viewing on different computers
with different screen settings, the site is
www.chuckballenger.com or www.friskybusiness.com and have
always had this problem, "scratching my head a
lot" ,,,,errrrrrrrrr...help.
