Pics Print w/Greenish Hue & Fonts Altered

PROBLEM #1:
Using Publisher 2003, I designed my new business cards. On the left hand
side I inserted (not linked) a grayscale JPEG picture of myself which in
Publisher was manually scaled to: 1.906" x 1.272"(original size: 600pixels by
899 pixels at 600dpi, 24bit). In all programs, except Publisher, the picture
prints out great with excellent grayscale, but in Publisher it prints out
with a greenish tone. I tried inserting different JPEGs of different
resolutions and sizes, some full color, some grayscale, and Publisher
continues to print out with a greenish tone on top of the pictures. This does
not happen in other programs such as photoshop, not even in Word. I have
latest drivers for printer and have exhausted what I know to correct.

PROBLEM#2:
Still in same project, although this happens in all projects, On the bottom
of tool window "Copies per sheet" indicates "One", so I can just design and
work with the business card design. The moment I switch and click on
"Multiple" under "Copies per sheet" all my fonts change to some other font
called Eras and Perpetua. The size changes on 2 of the 3 text frames to
something smaller, as well.

Can anyone decipher what's going on and how to fix this?

The first Problem, select your picture, look on the picture toolbar for an icon
that is similar to a bar chart, click on it, select grayscale.

Problem 2, setup your page first. Page setup, business cards, type 3.5 x 2,
click change copies per sheet, type .75 side, .5 top, zero gaps. This will
default to 10 cards.

Mary,

I want to thank you for your advice. It worked. The greenish overtone is
gone, just a very slight copper tone on the white parts of my picture, but
since it's me holding my saxophone, it actually looks interesting. As to the
solution for PROBLEM#2 with the fonts changing if I select "Multiple" under
"Copies per sheet", I still can't click it in the open Publisher page, but
selecting "multiple" after clicking on "Print" works as it should, with the
10 cards per page. I really don't know why clicking on it withing the
Publisher page should alter it. If you know why, I would like to know. Either
way, I can now print my cards. Thank you very much. Jesus loves you!
