pics won't work

People tell me that in IE they don't see pics. I know that I had to change
setting in my IE7 but I can't go to every surfers computer and change it. I
am using Microsoft Publisher 2007 to build any Ideas on why it show ok in
Firefox but not in IE7?

My first guess is that you are framing your site. Post the URL of you
