Picture Cropping When Resizing

I am inserting a picture and when I resize to make bigger it is cropping the
right side. The bigger I make it the more it crops. Help!

I verified the crops are all set to 0" and the aspect ratio is locked. I
did notice that it only looks correct at 50%. Any large and the right side
starts disappearing.

What is the wrapping on the picture? If it's In Line With Text, it has to
fit between the margins.

It was not the margins but your question helped me figure it out. I looked
at the ruler to determine the margins and noticed that the column was set to
two, instead of one. I changed to one column and it worked perfectly.

So it was margins, actually--just column margins rather than page margins.
