I have tried

But that only allows for ONE picture to be displayed per page.
I also tried

but my Source and Results cells are both sets of merged cells and this
unmerges both the source and results cells.
What I am trying to accomplish is when a person's initials are selected from
a drop down list in cell A1 (which is actually merged A1:B1) i want the
person's signature, saved as an image file, to appear in D1 (which is
actually merged D1:F1). There is a list of 10 rows on each worksheet that
has the ability to associate a signature to a person's initials. So I need
the ability to have various images display multiple times on one worksheet.
ANY help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss and don't
know how to resolve this.
