Picture dissapears after I scroll down the page?

Do not have fast scrolling set. have tried just about every setting still
happens. Picture, object, shape dissapears when I scroll down page and
return to item. If I scroll 1/2 way through picture, can see only 1/2 of
picture. Can click on area and see bounary but do not see picture until I
try an change size of picture, even a little bit. Please advise.

Try reducing the hardware acceleration setting in Start | Control
Panel | Display | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshooting. If this
fixes the problem, then you might want to check the website of
the manufacturer of your video card/graphics adapter to see if
there is an updated driver available.
