Picture Fade

I created a web site for my mother's-in-law pizza shop and would like
to ask a question. There are three photos that I want to show on the
home page. How can I get the picture on the home page to fade into
another picture and then into another. I would like it to look similar
to the photos that fade (jump) to another picture on the right side of
the screen at the following URL: www.eastontowncenter.com
The website address for the pizza shop is www.marengopizzatogo.com

You can also use GIF Construction Set www.mindworkshop.com to generate many
fade effects, presuming your pictures are GIF images.

Those are using FLASH. You can get FLASH or try JavaScript. See the
examples at http://javascript.internet.com

Thanks, Dan for the link. I added the script to my home page but was
wondering what is the best way to preview it and see if the pictures
fade BEFORE I publish the site for public viewing. Thanks again for

I placed this script into a website that I use for my employees here at
work. The box where the pictures should be shows a white box with a
red x. It is a company intranet and not an internet site. Is there a
reason that the pictures are not showing here?

Did you import the pictures into your web before inserting them? if not it
could be that they are referencing a location on your hard drive that others
won't be able to see. Switch to Code View and look to see if the images
have file:/// before them. If they do then you need to import them into the
web and re-link them.
