picture flipped in Word 2003

Hi.

I have a user who noticed that images in some of our
documents (created in older version of Word) are flipped.
I searched the Microsoft website and found this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312838/EN-US/ that says
it applies to Office 2000 and XP. I tried installing the
fix thinking it may work for 2003, but no such luck.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help is much
appreciated!

Did you make the registry change but under
the \11.0\ rather than \10.0\ version of
Office?
