Hi, I am using word 2002 under win xp sp2. Whenever I insert a picture, for
example, just do a print screen and paste to a word document, it only shows
the border of the object and when I right mouse click on it, the format
picture is greyout! However, if I goto print preview, its ok. This also
happens to word art but not on text boxes. I have seen others who suggested
going to display and bring down the hardware accelaration bar but not help.
My video card is nVidia GeForce FX 5700. I have only downloaded the latest
driver about a month ago. This sort of problem does not happen to any other
applications such as excel. Does anyone know if there is a fix to this?
