Picture Hyperlink trouble/Pages in Frontpage keep wanting to save

First-For some reason when i open up my pages in FrontPage 03, I will save
them and a little less than a second later will get the stupid star in the
tab of the page indicating that there are changes to be saved, and this
happens everytime I save now. (not sure what I did)

Second-I know how to set hyperlinks and know not to include spaces in any
page, or anything, but to include a "_" in it's place, but my hyperlinks keep
setting themselves to: %5bU%5d"TitleOfPage".html and I have no idea what
that mess is in front of my hyperlinks that keeps on appearing.

I fixed the saving problem by viewing the pages in a web browser, forcing the
pages to be saved and to stop the asterisk from constantly showing. I closed
frontpage and went back into my pages a couple times and the problem seems to
be fixed, but unfortunately my hyperlinks are not.
