Picture in a MS 203 table cell

In a book we are writing I have a lot of tables. In each table I insert a
small picture as a square in the left top corner.
My problem is that the picture OFTEN does not want to stay in the top corner
or partly jumps out side of the table cell.
Can you help me?

Hi Baha,

I'm assuming you're using Word here?
If you select the graphic and use Format=>Picture
is the Layout set to 'inline with text' for wrapping?

Under [Advanced] on the Format Picture
layout tab what options have you set?
