Picture in a table Cell

Using Word 2003, I have a lot of tables in a large
documents . In some table
cells I insert a small picture using picture layout
commands. I want the
picture to be as a square in the left top corner.

My problem is that the picture OFTEN does not want to stay
in the top corner
or partly JUMPS out side of the table cell.

Can you help me?

Have you set the picture's layout to In line with text? That might be the
best way to keep it inside the table cell.
