Picture in excel sheet from web

I have a cell A8, that has a url that points to a image file. The URL
will change every now and then. What Id like to happen is when this
changed Id like to the picture to change also. Im using a picturebox
control (activex). I've tried and tried to no avail. Is their anyway
to do this?
