Picture in report

I have a field in a table called DRG and it is an OLE Object data type.
Stored in this field are pictures of sites.

I created a report that provides basic info about each site, however I would
like to display the picture for each site in the report. As it is now, all
the report does is give me the picture name.

Anyone know how to get the picture to display?
