Picture in signature.

Goodday everyone,

When I send an email with Outlook 2000 automaticly puts in an
signature i edited with Word 2000. This signature contains 1 picture.
When I reply on an email to myself the picture is shown and all is ok.
But when I reply an email from a customer the picture is not shown.
The layout of the mail is html just like when i send a email.

Can anybody help me???
