Picture in Userform

Hi,

This might not be the right group but i'll give it a try.

I want to include a picture (Trademark) on a userform. This is not a
problem, however...
My pictures all seem to be 'solid'. So, the userform-background is not
visible behind the square of the picture.
I would like the picture part to be visible but the background to be
transparant.

Is this possible? (Using 'Paint'?)
